  • These 3 are definitely the trifecta of social media networking from 2010. It will be interesting to see if they have any competitors for 2011.

I would add, if you are going to use all 3, to have a proper plan and strategy, to keep your message consistent across the field.

    • GREAT tip, Fiona — and I tip my hat to you!

YOU are someone small business owners can come to for help in planning a social media strategy. And you’re SO right. Inconsistent messaging across social media venues will send you sliding down a very slippery slope.

  • I hear ya knockin’, Martha! The days of “interruptive” advertising are quickly getting flushed down the toilet. Social media marketing rules! 🙂

Thanks so much for your thoughts and knock their socks off with http://TweetWithMartha.com !!

  • Same back at ya, Kathy!

I know what you mean. Everything was pretty much a big boggle of a fog when I first started implementing social media strategies. 🙂

Thank you for knocking on my door today and have a BLAST in the Ultimate Blog Challenge!

  • I use all three and then some!! I love social media and it has built my biz faster than I could have ever imagined! Being social is “where it’s at!”

  • Hey Melanie, great blog post, wish I’d seen this when I was starting out with social media, would have made things a bit easier than trial and error. Enjoying your blog posts on the ultimate blog challenge.
